I work in the Coventry area and wouldn't mind a training group to join with after work, or if anyone doesn't mind 8 miles at a leisurely pace with me hit me up. I finish work in the city centre around 5pm and not keen on hanging around too much.
Where in the Coventry area do you go running ? at what pace etc ?
Im also looking for a running group for evenings / weekends, did you have any joy in finding one ?
