Anyone been watching the IAAF Junior World Champs

Stuck here in a rehab clinic after major surgery, I am occupying some of my spare time watching Eurosport. Some of those youngsters have put up some very creditable performances.

Special kudos to Adam Gemili, easy winner of the gold medal in the 100m in a new Championship record of 10.05 seconds - and he is British! Also in the GB team for the Olympics.

BIW, unfortunately I don't have Eurosport, but have been watching the London Grand Prix on BBC2. That was a fantastic time by Adam, and he has been tipped by Tyson Gay to be "A future all time great."

Have missed it and we have Europsport !
