I get asked by loads of people what my running does for me,
Well I can tell you
Bottom line is- my running keeps me physically fit and helps make me feel real good about myself, so, even on a bad day I could with relative ease knock out a HM with Phillip , and maybe even more
It keeps my physcology usually very strong ,and helps me control most of life’s problems that challenge me
In life we usually say “if only reality was as good as theory “
Well for me, as soon as I get a problem in life, “ so strong is my running and power of thinking and my psychology “ that I switch my mind immediately straight to my running, you’d be amazed how I use it to keep my problems at bay
It’s a very powerful commodity is the mind, and if it’s relaxed and strong it can work wonders
