I commute to work and have got into listening to podcasts and audiobooks (admitedly mostly Karl Pilkington) was wondering if anyone could recommend some good ones about running. I've tried looking but havent been very succesful.
You can get "Born To Run" by Christopher McDougal on (unabridged) Audiobook - I've read the book and am enjoying listening to the Audiobook during my commute...
+1 for MarathonTalk
Marathon talk is great. Been listening to that for three weeks now. I like the tips they give about running but also the insight into elite athletes training programmes. I cant believe the level some people are at.
Run Zone is good but can be a bit hit and miss. Last Weeks with the sports science feature was excellent but the week before there was nothing really of note. Just the presenter having a laugh with his mate. Its still worth a listen though.
I have been listening to Marathon Talk since this I started this thread. Absolutely love it. brillaint. Never miss an episode. Can anyone recommend any more.
I used to like RunZone as well but this is a bit sporadic now.
