Hi fellow runners,

Is there a way to work out your Body Mass Index, or is it done on some special scales or something?

BMI = Weight in Kg divided by height (metres) squared.

eg if you were 6ft and weighed 80kg your BMI would be 80/1.80*1.80 = 24.7

Ideally it should be between 20-25
