Barry wet to watch a maratho today, we did maage a 20 mile ru ourselves as well, though whe cyclig ack arry maaged to fall off the ike ad hurt himself. He cried rather a lot. He has had a ath ad chocolate cake so I thik he is over it. Curretly sittig i the garde drikig some strage drik - goodess kows what it is ut it wet fizz.

Returning after several months away......

Does anyone know which marathon Smiggy 1959 is running in October? I have a place in the Greensands Marathon on 23rd October so, if Barry isn't already going to be there, he may like to run it with me.

Wouldn't be a good day for an ice-cream but he NT cafe on Box Hill nearby does wonderful cakes and I'm sure Barry would like to try the date slice.

Any chance Barry would like a trip to OZ in May 2012.

I kept him company on his epic trip around our coast (rochester to Faversham leg) and Im going out to run the North Face 100k through the Blue Mountains and would just love to take him with me. he can stay with me for a little sightseeing while were there

If Barry is allowed to Oz with us he will be flying Singapore Airlines so I am sure he'll get special treatment as he is a celebrity!

I guess it would all depend on what if anything he will be doing next year. There was talk of another event akin to the relay but as yet nothing has come to fruition.

It would be an epic trip for him he certainly gets some cracking offers

Just rediscovered this thread, anyway glad to see Barry made it to Northern Ireland since he didn't last year.

Would Barry have problems getting into OZ?

Good luck in the Blue Mountains, love it there - great mountain biking and make sure you go down the steepest railway in the world.
