Dear All,

I currently am seeing which of the following books are worth sourcing, especially on the subject of injury prevention:

Runner's World Guide to Injury Prevention: How to Identify Problems, Speed Healing, and Run Pain-free (Runner's World Guides): Dagny Barrios (Author)

Running Repairs: A Runner's Guide to Keeping Injury Free: Paula Coates (Author)

Chirunning: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-Free Running: Danny Dreyer (Author), Katherine Dreyer (Contributor)

RUNNERS WORLD RUN LESS RUN FASTER: Become a Faster, Stonger Runner with the Revolutionary First Training Program

The Runner's Body: How the Latest Exercise Science Can Help You Run Stronger, Longer, and Faster (Runners World):
Ross Tucker (Author), Jonathan Dugas (Author)

I would appreciate any feedback from people who have read any of these books.
