We are waiting for custom made orthotics but in the meantime she'll need some specialist running shoes. She's a keen biathlete and her club want to step up her training next year. She's currently wearing UK Gear trainers which she loves but they don't seem to have enough motion control. Also, for cross country races would trail running shoes be acceptable as spikes are so flat and unsupportive. Thank you.
