In line with the rest of the site please state why you would be the perfect coach for Samir and outline the training approach you would propose.

This really is a once in a life time opportunity.

I'd crack the whip like he's never seen it before but mostly I'd just ignore the fool.

He doesn't seem to want one - but he's quite capable of failing all on his own, I say let him.

I would be perfect....

a) He has threatened me with violence

b) he ignores me

c) I think he is a prat

d) he has a very dubious taste in music

e) bit of a Mummy's boy

f) I do 10 or so races a year, So I know what it is to race

g) I'm at the other end of the country so we wouldn't have to meet

ps Someone might have to quote this as I think he has me on ignore

Would be good if you spelt his name right

Whoops my bad.

with samirs list of excuses he is more of a Haddidnt  than a Haddid

if this is a paid position then i'd definitely like to apply, it consists of me trying to give him advice, and him ignoring it, i could stick it all on a voice recording and just keep playing it back, easy money

I see he managed a sub 17 parkrun. Would be very impressive except this schmuck thinks he's going to Rio.

Scott ,I think your help and good luck wishes  on the team GB thread have motivated and inspired  Samir to run harder than anything else
