Just read on teletext that the ever lovely running icon Nell McAndrew gave birth to a baby boy, Devon, today. Said to weigh 7lb 8oz, Devon was 1 week early and she managed it with no pain relief or drugs!!! Brave girl!

Oh well done nell and congratulations. Welcome to the wonderful world of motherhood. I used gas and air and pethadine. She definately a brave girl. No pain relief Wow! I know she was pregnant during the last GNR but thats all I know.
