Quick question. Recently completed The Cooper Test (12 mins continuous running) as part of pre-season training for my winter sport. I completed 3000 metres and wanted to see if that was good/bad etc. I've tried searching the Web but cannot find any results to benchmark my performance against. Any ideas?

There's thousands of pages on the web about it.
Like this one:

You ran 6.26 min/Mile
Or 15 km/h

Good for a 40 minute 10k.

There's a calculator here.
