Forest more than Mansfield  and dee-dahs...

you are full of hate Cooks

Or should that be the Shags(think thats what you call em)

26/11/2007 at 21:55

I'm a Ram actually

but I follow the mighty Spireites too

(except for that one year when we played each other)

I think the Mansfield rivalry has built up over recent years. Certainly when I lived there it was United and Wednesday. Mansfield were a 4th division team and never came to Saltergate

Gives B a reassuring hug

See that exictable wee scot has fallen on his sword - couldn't stand him.

Rather watch my non-league team than those Premier League prima donnas...

Up the Brewers

Roll me a fat one....

mango and Cooks - message from dan dan: is it true that Nigel Clough has been linked with today's vacancy just up the road? It's the only way he'll ever manage a league team......

26/11/2007 at 22:14

Nigel gets linked every time we change managers

Paul Ince seems to be the frontrunner

26/11/2007 at 22:15

As DD will know Nigel has been regularly linked to vacant league posts in the past including Forest & Chesterfield . Don't think Derby would take the gamble, and he'd probably turn them down. Thing is that he's a family man and has been quoted as saying how being a part-time manager at Burton means he sees his family grow up.

41157 reasons not to manage sheepshaggers... Lambs or Rams !
