Or *rabbit, rabbit, rabbit* apparently......

Rabbit rabbit rabbit" is one variant of a common British superstition which states that a person should say or repeat the word "rabbit" or "rabbits", or say the phrase "white rabbits", or some combination of these elements, out loud upon waking on the first day of the month, because doing so will ensure good luck for the duration of that month. Today, it is a frequent tradition in many English-speaking countries.

Evening Birkmyre
I am struggling to get out and do my runs cos of the weather and dark ... I know I just need to just get on with it or I'll never get back properly. I've been running with a friend a couple of times a week and that it so much easier, I always go when I'm meeting someone, I just need to get out of the door when I am on my own, need to run 4 times a week, managed 3 for the last two weeks ...
