DIY recovery drinks

I seem to remember an article a while ago in RW (I think) about a DIY recovery drink that involved Green & Blacks Cocoa powder. But I cannot remember the recipe. Can anyone help?

I do one with banana avocado and green and blacks plus somethinhg to sweeten it - I put in some hemp protein powder as well.

It tastes very good

I tried the recipe with milk, banana and two raw eggs. Spent the next two hours staring down the toilet!!!!

Just an ordinary milkshake with semi skimmed milk. Use a little fructose and glucose for sweetener and add a smidgin of salt.

1 banana, 2 spoons of skimmed milk powder, 400ml of semi-skimmed milk, a couple of ice cubes, blend and drink.
