Fed up of training solo. Anyone in my area?

I may be training for the VLM (if i get in!!) If not, for a few half marathons. Any body out there that lives in the Rickmansworth, herts area need a running friend??

Ahhhhh Rickmansworth .... I understand that Osama Bin Laden lives there in a housing association flat and is claiming incapacity benefit. Stupid yanks reckon he is in Pakistan !

I'm in St Albans and training for either VLM or the Brighton Marathon..

let me know if that's close enough - I could do with company on my weekend LSR
