Female runners in Preston

I am moving to Preston soon and am looking for people to run with as I will have to train in the evenings or early mornings which are becoming increasingly dark.
Is anyone else in a similar situation or does anyone know of any clubs in the area?

yes there are two running clubs locally
preston harriers and red rose both meet at preston sports arena tom benson way tuesday evenings reception area for track session all standards of runners all non members welcome just pay to use track facilities
