And I measured out the prescribed 30g of Special K.

Risible.

I shall be returning to my normal 90g tomorrow.

scambled eggs (3 mins in the microwave) on toast, home made smoothie - 2 bananas, 1/2 pint off apple juice, 2 kiwi fruit, honey, plain yog. yum yum!!!!!

1 x weetabix, 1 x shredded wheat + handful of other cereal (I'm so indecisive in the mornings) with soya milk.
About 1/2pt water to drink.

3 bowls of fruit n fibre, semi skim milk, 2 wholemeal toast + butter (I hate margarine) plus 2 X Java coffee.

And I feel hungry again.

First a 45 min Fit Ball class then a 20 min swim.....

THEN......

Bran flakes & muslei (sp?) with a banana and Rice Dream and LOTS of black coffee!

Huge bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes and semi skimmed milk.

Am getting quite peckish now - soon be elevenziz.

Doing lots of runnin but not gettin any thinner.
