I thought the new layout was meant to stop the spammers. It obviously hasn't worked.
It's getting worse and worse and I'm afraid the whole RW Forum will crash under the bombardment.

Dominique said that the 'tech team' apparently lost some of working I mean improved spam filtering when they upgraded this shite, I mean site. However, didn't RW.com get hit by a spam attack the other week? They were warned!
General and Events entirely swamped. Whoever RW outsourced their website to, they're not earning their money.

look at football channel ads at present it makes this site almost unusable, you need to fix this somehow
God knows what this site will be like by Monday when those at RW Towers stroll in and try and sort out the carnage. I might start another 'provocative' thread just to see how long the mods take to reach me...... (and my linkey thing still don't work).

If nothing is done soon, there will be a mass exodus from the RW Forums, onto other running forums which have stronger security controls. This "upgrade" to the forum is a classic example of "If it aint broke, dont fix it!!!"

Maybe if I tell them on this thread that I can no longer post from my phone, they won't ignore me like they're doing on the 'bugs' forum.
Bear - can you give us a link if you do cos we'd never find amongst all the spam. At this rate I might have to get a life in real world.

I'm not on Twitter / @rsebook - but would there be anything to be gained by virtue of name and shame by drawing attention to RWs' weaknesses that way?

I have tweeted as well for all the good it will do ...I do think personally its a little melodramatic to do an en masse flounce, it'll sort itself out at some point, jsut dont exepct it to be quick cos we all know that isnt going to happen
Arsebook might be worth an 'onslaught' .... we are fairly well contained on here
