Hm, true.  And there is such a thing as "referred pain".

Wondering what the point of calor gas and tin of soup is, without matches to light it ?
11/04/2013 at 16:19

Oh yes he'll need to take them too but he hasn't finished packing yet:

Slippers - check!

Mug - check!

Tin of cocoa - check!

Surely if someone was full of hot air they could ignite the gas without matches?

Don't you worry guys! Dave has found a brand new way of training for a marathon. I don't think anyone has ever tried to prepare for a marathon this way... Let's see how it will work out

He was practicing syncronised swimming tonight!

Calor stove without matches? Ask my mate Mal who forgot the matches for the stove for a night's fishing session at Chesil Beach in December. Still got hump about carrying the sausages, bread, water and kettle.

Anyway love this thread, it's got to be a wind up. Nobody but nobody could be as naive as DF3 about a marathon.

A coward could do a better job than all you trained athletes.

That is what he is saying.

Surely you can all work out who " he" is?

Anyone with a bit of common sense who has been following these threads can see

what you are doing.

Some will even go along for a laugh with you.

I think you are a bit foolish but what the heck

i'm sure you are quite harmless.

Maybe i'll introduce myself to you during the neolitic.

I can still do posts now that will get 100 replies in a day and cause chaos, so there is little benefit in me creating another account and letting 'someone' else get the credit.

come on david, your last thread on the horse or person didnt get a rise out of anyone other than Gareth Edwards, and that was probably more to do with your condescending reply about debating styles rather than the subject matter.  lets be honest that day you got a beating by the thread about those students having a jolly over the 4 continents. Its been a while since you caused even a moderate level of chaos.
