Girl saved by jogger

I saw this in my local paper and i though i would share it here.

In some way is makes you feel good that runners we can be helpful to others like in this case a local jogger helped a girl in trouble in Thurrock.

My old stamping ground - the thames mud is really thick there - and the tide can come in pretty quickly so it was quite a brave thing to do.
