just done Exeter 3k,Series 1st race 13.35 over 45years . Ran in the slowest group come second
Do I move up into the group D in the next race ?

I should have been there, but still recovering from lurgy so gave it a miss.
To answer your question, almost certainly.  They seed subsequent races based on times from the last one - looks like you were too quick for that group!
