High Wycombe to Oxford

Does anyone know if its possible to run from High Wycombe to Oxford, then on to Whitney? Are there paths all the way on the A40?

I've had a look on google maps and run out of path half way. OS maps website is rubbish too. Has anyone run this before?

Turns out it is possible, High Wycombe to Stockenchurch then follow trials to Tetsworth. Then pick up the Oxfordshire Way. After about ten miles take a left path onto the Oxfordshire Greenbelt way, this should bring you out near Headington roundabout.
