Ran Stratford Full today and would love to review it.

How do you do this? Notice that it's now been taken off the events listings because it's obviously over.

Thanks

Was going for a 3:45 Nick anyway, so got it!

Thanks Yifter

And cheers for the link Grumpy.

Man alive, starving today but no injuries!

If you want to find a race that has happened then  do an event search and in the date search box select 'All Events' and it shows previous as well as future events.

Ah, great.

Thanks very much

ah right...well good stuff then!

I managed 52 miles (self-navigated) in 12 hours on Sat, including a couple of navigation errors I had with the route description. Somewhat slwoer going.

So...now the Northants yes or no question.....

Are you asking me or yourself?!

52 miles - jesus. Where was that then?

I have become a shadow of my former self - literally. Sort my avatar out RW!

..was asking you...I have other plans!

Was around the Wye Valley/Forest of Dean. Quickest time was 10.5 hours. So averaging 5.5 mph.....bear that in mind for your time if you go for NOrthants! There was 8500ft of climbing over the 52 miles, so that slows you down too!

Wow!

Impressive.

Do you have a rest after that or is it generally back on the roads the next day?

I'm feeling strangely well after yesterday. May try and tackle a run tonight.

27/04/2009 at 13:28

I had hoped to run yesterday - but given the state of my foot I didnt, nor will I today. Physio tomorrow.

It was only a training run, so would have taken it a little bit easier for a day or two.

Go for a gentle 20-30 min recovery run if you feel ok....very slow though. Based on 3:45 mara pace, bit slower than that....but if something starts to hurt, stop.

52 miles Nick?......you're crazy, a f*cking nutjob!

Total respect by the way, well done.
