The 'Bible' that i use is called Heart Monitor Training for Compleat Idiots by John L Parker - nice and easy to understand, don't need a degree in maths to work out the figures.
Costs about £12.95 + P&P

I would agree with Dangly Spice. A very user friendly HRM book.

sally edwards book is good, i recently bought it from amazon, to go with a new hrm. the book gives tips and is not too simple, or over techy.
