Hi, just after some advice.
I ran a marathon last sun and planning to run a 'gentle' ultra marathon, 33 miles, next sat.
Not really sure what sort off running I should be doing between now and then. Any ideas please.
i wouldnt do any, but i also wouldnt sit on my backside all week, i'd go and do some nice long walks/hikes if you have the time, but i'd keep n my feet regardless, keep my legs moving.
