Is it just me who never warms up or cools down?

I often do the warm-up in training, so that I can get to the level ground where keeping the target pace will be easier. In the same way the cooldown starts when the scheduled distance is reached..and stops when I get to the bottom of the hill home.

Stretching...no, but only because I am too idle.

Races...no. I just go from the gun.

I'm not injured yet. Touch wood
