This is the only thing I found using a quick google !

"The most high profile victim of the mass British sackings was Bruce Longden, who guided world and Olympic champion 400m hurdler Sally Gunnell and Carl Johnson, mentor of triple jump world record holder Jonathan Edwards. Longden was one of the foreign coaches originally considered for the position awarded to Arbeit".

I believe his coach is Peter Stanley (or was) who also coaches Chris Tomlinson

the coaches simply do not get enough praise, i feel.

i know it's mostly the athlete, but the coaches are there too.
