Okay, while I'm waiting for Kelvin... I'll update everyone. Day Seven, Mark no running due to ankles... however Kelvin and Caz did their legs superbly with Caz running up and down the kirkstone pass... and that is a killer almost all of you will know. Some stunning photos on our Facebook site and now some high def videos as well...

Kelvin is currently running leg one day eight, its very warm, 18c but very windy which could be a blessing. He's about to reach the water point with me 2:20pm ish...

Caz left on her leg around 1:00pm so once I've fed and watered Kelvin it'll be on to make sure Caz is ok.

As for me, hoping to get out running again Monday... fingers crossed the swelling in the ankles has gone enough to enable me to run. Only ran five of the eight days so far... very annoying but let's hope Puggy will be back out on the road with Tue team doing his fair share tomorrow. Will update tonight but please check out our website for the Facebook link or simply search friends for "LeJoG13" and add us. You don't even have to join Facebook to view all the posts.
Thanks to everyone following us, means a lot and It's when it goes wrong you need the support. Just leaving lakes today running wise.

You won't believe this, Kelvin has just done a 6:00 minute mile dead... that is incredible... were now sitting outside a pub with me laughing ROFL. The man's a weapon...

Hail Hail

An absolute pleasure and priviledge to run with Kelvin yesterday.  Beer break at 12.5M was swiftly followed by an ice cream break around 16M.  Just a superb day out.  Completely life-affirming.  Lovely to meet Caz.  Disappointed in Pug's pear drop style drinking.
