Nice day for running wasn't it ? Great to see so many runners out of all ages and ability and at least two dogs enjoying themselves too.

Thanks to all the organisers/volunteers for putting this on. Finally getting back into running after a few years after a knee op.

A mate of mine (runs the Richmond, London one) made me aware of this the other week and I'll attempt to run it regularly. I've put word out and a few mates have signed up an all.

Cheers,

Liam

Great atmosphere at the parkrun today - managed to beat the carrot and the pineapple, just.  Very hot this morning even at 9am.  Loved the cake and drink afterwards, many thanks.

Is it true for the Liverpool park run that you have to run with DVD player under one arm

In the words of the film - If you build it they will come.

Or you could come to Black Park - we regularly get runners from Watford Joggers.
