Hi there, do any London-based runners know of some good 10M-15M training routes in the north of the city. I'm training for the GNR, have done a few 10K races and normally go around Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath, but was wondering if anyone knew of some routes that are definitely 10-15M.

The canals are generally a convenient source of non-road training routes & it's hard to get lost! However they only really apply during the daytime as they never feel very safe at dusk.
