London XC Champs

I will be taking part in the London XC champs at Parliament Hill on Nov 23rd with my running club.

I have a few friends who would like to take part in this race but aren't members of a running club. Does anyone know if it's possible to enter individually and if there is a web-site/address to contact ?

It is possible to enter individually. It costs £3 per person.

The forms are due in by 4th November so you'll have to act fast. I suggest you phone the SEAA at 020 8664 7244 to get a form sent.

Thanks for your reply John - I've phoned the SEAA - fingers crossed that I get the form in for Monday.
