As soon as I get stuck at a meeting everyone drops by and I miss it all.

Iron Wolf. Not quite sure how to define 'mature'. Beyond puberty but not too old to have lost interest in all that it brings.
Doesn't immediately follow the latest trends but evaluates and adapts them to suit. Has worked out that there ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Nil sine labore.

There's no age limit. It's something that comes with experience.
Anyone got a more succinct definition?

TANSTAAFL's my motto, JJ.

Uh - chimp, do I have to answer that?
27/01/2003 at 18:40
Meerkat. Add Don Revie /Norman Hunter/Billy Bremner to the list.

Monique. Not seen you around these parts (if you'll pardon the expression). Will only allow war to be brought into it if we can assume that no-one goes back beyond Korea.

Sorry Iron Wolf, someone else will have to ask.
Do you pronounce your real name 'led' as in oxide or 'leed' as in .........pee'd?

It's leed as in 'leader' - but who said that's my real name?
27/01/2003 at 18:58
Iron W.
Just assumed that most people know what their name is. Don't tell me it's not real. You're not Barbara Woodhouse are you?
(Reincarnated of course).

Chimp.
We haven't spoken in an age. Give us a winner for tomorrow and I'll buy you a crate of Fullers 1845.
