here here! Don't worry if they're not perfect, as long as they contain:

-- one runner
-- a setting that makes you want to go out and run!

I keep meaning to get a couple sent in but it's just a case of getting a camera up to where I run. Will do my best though.

I'm too scared of winning a marathon at the North pole - eek! ;-)

I went out on the hills last Thursday to get a photograph. Trouble is I couldn't find someone to take the photo, so I used the timer. The timer is only 10 seconds. So had to press the button, dash down the rocky track, turn round and time it so that the camera clicked just at the right time. Some of the photos had half a runner, the back of the runner, no runner, runner in mid trip. 51 attempts later, it finally worked, but it was nearly dark by then.

Come on down to Sunny Cornwall PH - it's a lot nicer now the kids have gone back to school! Some of my favourite long runs are on the West Penwith moors - think Poldark, abandoned Tin Mines, stone circles, the Atlantic Ocean...

Must get someone to follow me at the weekend and take a snap or two.
