Ok Mo Ichi do means one more time, you skinny twat and the look on his face says "like you mean it". Perhaps it's all about the context in which the phrase is said? It's a direct quote.

Have got a US Marines top with the "Pain is just weakness leaving the body..." motto on it.

I like the Roger Bannister one (although it's not a phrase per se)...
