6m steady today.  Very cold but clear skies and still.  Nice running conditions again, getting too used to this...

Yup, lovely morning here too for a daybreak run.

Intervals for me this morning. 6 x 1km at 7min/mile with 1 min recovery. The splits got progressively quicker too. Last one was 6:40. Nice to start to see some improvement again - it had all seemed to plateau for a while. Got a half next weekend that was scheduled more as a training run but may test myself a bit on that!

@Nessie - I needed a dictionery to understand your post. Impressive dirt vocabulary!

extra solo track session at Battersea Park to make up for humiliating result at Parliament Hill xc.

Pyramid intervals: 400, 800, 1200, 1600x2, 1200, 800, 400 at target 10k pace (4.25m/km, 75secs recoveries). Enjoyably tough.

I've done it twice before - it's a small but well organised event that takes in the Tarka Trail and even goes through a tunnel - choo chooooo

Hello to all MLR fans.  A bad cold, moribund central heating and a recurrence of a tweaked calf have all tried to stop the Streak....but they failed mwahahaha

15 minutes is about my limit atm - I know I should stop, rest & get fixed but.......

Tue 10.30pm - 5km woodland trail - steady

one of those long drawn out days at work (7.30am - 8.30pm) - couldn't resist a late evening yomp with the hound - lit fairly well by the moonlight - refreshingly cool evening - always a treat at the end of the day

push on everyone

Just rescued my Garmin watch from the washing machine. It had gone for a rinse with my running stuff. Seems to be okay.

Mainly road and a bit of compact trail (avoided the mud). Back in the minimal shoes (NB Minimus this time - how many shoes can you own before it counts as an obsessive disorder?). 8.25miles in 1hr. Bloody cold again, and surprisingly strong headwind on the way back. Half-term so a few shouts and hoots along the way. Serves me right for wearing tights. All playful and friendly though.

1 hour on the treadmill in the gym. Furthest/ longest I've ran since I twisted my ankle 17 weeks ago. It also felt great , ie uninjured, the day after, so hopefully I'm almost ready to go back on the road.

Me- hill reps with the club.  Cold / tough-- I went with the fast lot tonight and it really pushed me.  Feel great now tho

good to see some positive vibes

Wed 8.00pm - 14.1km (60 min) - hit the roads for a change and ran it hard in the middle - feeling in decent form at the moment

JT141 - just received my new garmin - previous one found in Fudges's kennel in bits - I nearly put him in the washing machine!

steady running everyone

Ha ha!  You should make that noise as you go through it.  I ran through the tunnel under Old Trafford in a race last year and made the appropriate retching noises  Best of luck mate.

14m GA run this morning.  Man, how cold does it want to be?  Brrrr.  Decent run though until 12 miles in where a cretinous owner decided to let his blind/dumb dog race around right in front of me causing me to rapidly divert my running path.  This seems to be like encouragement to the hound and he also changed his path and ran straight into my legs.  Big old unit but it didn't half yelp.  I yelped a bit too but stayed on my feet, just - sore leg but no real damage done.  Of course, Mr cretinous owner didn't offer a word of apology and merely threw his hands up into the air incredulously, as a Frenchman who's Sancere was served warm, would.

On and on.
