Bideford I've done it twice before - it's a small but well organised event that takes in the Tarka Trail and even goes through a tunnel - choo chooooo

Ha ha! You should make that noise as you go through it. I ran through the tunnel under Old Trafford in a race last year and made the appropriate retching noises Best of luck mate. 14m GA run this morning. Man, how cold does it want to be? Brrrr. Decent run though until 12 miles in where a cretinous owner decided to let his blind/dumb dog race around right in front of me causing me to rapidly divert my running path. This seems to be like encouragement to the hound and he also changed his path and ran straight into my legs. Big old unit but it didn't half yelp. I yelped a bit too but stayed on my feet, just - sore leg but no real damage done. Of course, Mr cretinous owner didn't offer a word of apology and merely threw his hands up into the air incredulously, as a Frenchman who's Sancere was served warm, would.
On and on.
club run. longer route than usual as I'm trying to build up the mileage a bit.

6 mile recovery run on the treadmill tonight.
Now up to 21 minutes' running - minor discomfort only.
Thur 10.30pm - 6km easy pace woodland trail - a bit chilly this evening - nevertheless still an enjoyable way to round off the day
keep it going
3M easy. A recovery session.
Swittle - that's excellent news for you and the streak
6m recovery, cold but not as cold as yesterday. Loving the dry pavements/roads.
4.5m yesterday. Coldest run ever. At no point during the run did I feel warm despite running it at a decent pace (for me)
Good work all, and well done swittle for your persistance!
5 miles this morning with 6 x 200m hill sprints - ouch
11 miles on the treadmill tonight.
