just had a pair bought for me look very flash anyone had experience of running in them??

'Air' is a type of cushioning that Nike use. It doesn't tell you the model name.
For instance, I run in Air STRUCTURE TRIAX.

That model is good for me but it won't suit evryone.

snap - I use the same model. But I also have orthotics. Like JJ says, shoes are different for everyone.

Nike Air what?

I have the Storm Pegasus which have superb cushioning, a good off road tread and a
water resistant upper for the winter
