How good are they? How reliable are they? How consistant are they?
I don´t mean RW ones either. This is for the Seville Marathon and was wondering, if I were to run with the 3.30 pacesetter would they run at the same speed all the way to arrive at 3.30? Assume they just plug into garmin and run - Do they run tactically with hills?
