Can anyone help me with this... not been to the gym for ages, been working on other areas of fitness. Tried using some of the training cards in the gym, but to be honest they were too easy (even when at max effort)...
So I was wondering if anyone could recommend anywhere online that might have something a little more suitable?
you tube. they have loads of vids on how to do kettle bell work outs and other resistance and circuit exercises.
as for cardio. i'm in a no thrills gym using matrix machines (cheap and too simple programmes). not sure what to suggest as it depends on which type of machine you use and the make of machines. i reckon a good 45mins of cardio. interval settings are goo. or you can do 1 min easy 1 min hard changing the levels to suit your level of fitness.
