For those going to follow the PRW plan in this newest RW
Did anyone else get their Jan13 RW in the post today? And do you plan to follow the Perfect Running Weight plan?
I know this is a few months ago....
I must go back and look at this again, i've been dieting a lot in the last year, and everyone at work says that I look fab and shouldn't loose any more weight, and yet I think i'm either 8 or 18 lbs over the basic running weight calculator.
