Good to Se you all last night it was good to be not alone

RB you looked well on on your way back to me

IT i will be in until 10am but somebody will be home all day (number 57)

FL there was a lot of interest about the RR ,i think we may get a women's team as well SW CBT & JO all asking about it & with KT already interested that's 4 & i am sure NR & SP can lead the team how to victory with CM hot on there heels

i am going for a slow run after work about 5 or 6 mile if anybody wants a chat with a old fat man

Morning all

BB, there are 13 names in at the moment. I have 6 for PTH and looking into some one taking on the other 6 but that will leave 1 out  There is no woman's team in the roman run only 1 team and it can be mixed. Just cant see why we cant just all enter as PTH and all be in the same CLUB TEAM.

I have an Idea about picking the teams just came to me We can do my 18 mile run on Sunday and work out the teams as the people come in. That's got to be fair. what do you all think. And it will be great training for it.

Well, I can't run 18 on Sunday as I am running 20 in Exmoor with my mate Spencer. (It is 20, just billed as 17 as it is 17 as the crow flies). Why don't you all come down and do it with us ?

Anyway, whilst on the toilet this morning I was thinking about catholics when this came to mind

BB, no I wasn't saying that at all. I wanted to put us all in as a club but they wont let so its teams of 6 and 4 to score. I have a team now. That's if they all want to be in it.

So this is the team I would like. Please let me know if you cant make it or dont want to be in it.

Chris Fulcher. Gareth Ayers. Alex Williams. Chris Parker. Charles Walsh. Steve Walsh.

< runs in singing>"SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER!"

MM- hope massage went well- did the job for me!

15 hilly miles tonight, run at fairly easy pace as legs still all floppy after yesterday- no power, but no stiffness or aches either. Had to run past the pub where all our staff were enjoying the end of school year bbq in the beer garden- no-one saw me
