Nice steady 6 miles for me! Very relaxing!!

MM - It is very quiet on here.

MM61 - Good to speak to you! rest them ribs The Pain! The Pain!

Bought some new trainers today ... Brooks again as I find them very comfortable... have the two pairs now to train with and one lucky pair will be doing the marathon with me!!!!

26/07/2010 at 21:36
PR5 great minds think alike i allways run in brooks& also have 2 pairs 1 to train in & 1 for races,i never race in my training ones
thanks for the chat & some more advice, even if it's a rather unusual injury for a runner to have
can you do another 6 for me,i won't be doing brecon hard enough trying to train like this but to much of a handycap to race in,also can't risk another elbow in the ribs

PR5  heres the bit i dread bed time  (the pain the pain )
26/07/2010 at 21:40
MM61 - I used to use Mizuno and I still like them but these are so much more comfortable for me and will be using them for a while I think. Maybe you should do sunday and give me a chance to get close to you!!!!. Not doing it myself. No problem with the chat any time. Its a devil of a thing as it can take many weeks to heal.
26/07/2010 at 21:46

MM61 - Have you tried a load of pillows to prop you up a bit?? Pain killers before bed may help as well?

Link to len Tews results!!! He is amazing!!

I love his 1500m result, the nearest to him is almost a minute behind him and he won all his races comfortable!!!!
