Evening all Nice turnout tonight.
MF, RB, PD and DC - enjoyed tonight chaps good running - splits for 800s & 400s (3.04, 1.25, 2.58, 1.22, 2.51, 1.25, 2.46, 1.18) good effort all round.
Just done a nice little 5 miler to start the day and what a beautiful morning it is
just recovered after last nites bender went out for a meal & a good drink purely medicinal a pick me up
PR5 NO RACING FOR A WHILE only training to much pain for racing & i can't risk getting elbowed& you lot would all kick my buttdid 6.5 miles yesterday @ 7.47 ave 2 miles @ 8.16 & 8.29 really embarrassed to admit that,but i will keep plugging away going by that i guess brecon 10 would take me 1hr 30 so you buckleys of a chance to see me thereyes i do put a pillow under my ribs,but don't use painkillers as i think they only mask the problem & if i hurt my ribs i would rather know about it
FM yes mate i'm jinxed it could only happen to mecan't see any lite @ end of the tunnell it's been a anus horribleus 2010 so far
MM thanks for the telling off this morn just wat i needed on a hangover but the answer is no,i'm running again tomorrow as far & fast has i can't stick it,won't see you @ brecon still hoping to get around 18 mileish on sunday but it will be painfully slow any takerswell done on 3 days consecitive running,but i'm keeping away from you as even you would kick my butt right now,if you decide not to race sunday perhaps us & JD could meet uphow long was them 3 runs

MM61 YOU SHOULD NOT RUN IF YOU ARE PAIN As i said in my text forget about LochNess and get yourself fit again..............Do you want to carry on running for a few years or just do Lochnesss,because if you carry on as you are you can kiss the Vet 50 awards goodbye,because you will be wrecked

My 3 runs were short but pain free
6 miles tempo for me this morning, will not be at club training this week (work)
Will be going out on sunday for a long run, about 15 miles
mm61 i think you may have to rest up son ;i run in pain and with the flu and then did not do much running for 13 weeks so rest up son
right off out for a run at about 4.30pm if anyone would like to come it will be easy
adu i will be doing about 15/16 on sunday

MM61 - Don't be afraid to take pain killers at night to help you sleep. You are right about masking pain.... but that's what you want at night to mask that pain!!!! Go for it
May rest up tonight... but itching to have a run if only a small one.....

mm61 my run on sunday will be slow son i like a nice easy run on sunday but may put 1 or 2 hills in it .as for time about 9 ami think and the start can be ?
mm61 last sunday run was 15.5m with hills at 7.55pace nice and easy like i said

FM yes i can manage that i'm pretty crap @ the moment,so will let you know in good time if i will join you 9am is fine by me any chance of us not going ofroad as my ribs can't handle the jarring,but as i say it's your run & i don't want you altering it to suit mei'm starting to sound like a whimp,don't mind where you start from it's only 30mins to get down there
