Mrs JD has taken a school trip to London today- up at 5 and not getting back until gone 10, so.......REST DAY for me! Thought about getting the treadie out, but not for long. Just put the marking away too Lots of cawl here tonight- soup for lunch too! A bit like MM61's diet- mainly liquid

5m this morning- cold rain and gloves. 10m with intervals in a bit
Intervals done and dusted- though 5k effort rather than pace- had to run on the road cos track was taken. Just tomorrow's medium long run and then all easy till Swansea Squid and chilli pasta tonight
pasta bake made vtoo much last nite
MM61- I've still got gallons of cawl here
