Been to a Thai restaurant tonight.  Had noodles with chicken and vegetables, washed down with water.  Very nice

Would be great for the weather to stay for Dale as you say MM.

Hope the tri went okay WA.

Really enjoyed Thai food JD.  Will go back for more and maybe some wine in five weeks time!

What an awful evening it is out there.

Gave Dale a miss as woman I was travelling with decided not to go.  Did a  long run early then lunch with parents.  Home before the weather turned really nasty.

JD Junior's birthday party with all his mates this afternoon- down on the Gwili Railway. Had a ride on the train, he got to sound the whistle about 300 times, ride on the miniature railway then back to the station for birthday games and food. All the kids got soaked on the miniature railway and at the stations- and all had a great time Run this evening was supposed to be 10, but 8 was enough for me! Weather was horrendous and I found it hard to run any faster than 7.30 pace....

Hope he weather isn't like it has been for the past 2 Sundays next week....

JD - sounds like a fun time was had by all.

Cross country will be fun after all this rain.

Bit disillusioned about Snowdonia. Finding long runs hard going.  May give it a miss.

JD the weather was getting us ready for snod,i was soaked to
