Wrap up warm. Its a cold one
Morning ,the sun is shining
MM61 its a nice afternoon, get out and have a run,you got a marathon very soon!!
MM i run yesterday i only run 3 times a week,i today is not 1 of them ,just as well as its pouring down
MM PERFECT mate i hate early ones, when you know time and where let me knowhow many miles do you want to do i'm doing 10 if you doing less i will come down earlier and do some on my own as this will replace my sunday run,as i fancy a free sunday
jacket potatoe cajun pork chop & roast veg
MM just right i can have i nice lay in and a lazy morning
MM61- umm, shouldn't you be thinking of doing 16-18 at least this Sunday?? Oh are you tapering too
8.11m for me on the track tonight- track was to keep it flat and easy on the joints (I'm tapering, you know). 3m easy 7.00-7.30 pace, 2.5m @ 6.12 and 2.61 easy again. Funny old game this running lark-for the "easy miles" my felt like lead and for the MP miles they felt easy and light. It was tempting to keep going at 6.12! Must be a good sign, I reckon.... Chicken jalfrezi and basmati rice tonight
JD err!!!!!!!!!! no not tapering yetjust trying to get to the start with damage limitationthats why i can't run a true recovery run 8 to 8.30 pace i find harder than 7 min pacenice running & jalfrezi is my favorite
MM61- I normally find it easy to run slow- just do a few 100m weeks and you'll get the hang quick enough But, got to say, 6.12 pace feeling like a jog is a new and pleasant feeling- sure it won't do after 20m though
Great running JD.
MM and MM61 - Snowdon will soon be here. See you there!
Catch up with you for in Llanberis
NR no I will not be there, but hope to be one day and knock it off my bucket list
JD not long now,how many times have you run it in your sleep
looks like a cracking day out there, will get a little jog in later
NR this old dog will be there holding up the rear
MM don't think you will ever do it but i would love you to prove me wrong
MM61 never say never........
will bell you later, may be able to get there a bit earlier today
can you give me atleast a hour and half notice ,so i don't have to rush
MM61 thanks for our little run today was nice to chat,i clocked 9 mile at 7.34 pace, furthest i have run since June You were looking good,Lord help anyone here who starts to suffer in the last few miles of Snowdon as i think you will be ready to pounce.
