MM snap a cracking run once again my goal now is to get you to run furtheri clocked 14.30 miles at 7.24 ave my longest run since vlm and its my last run of that distance b4 snowdonia this marathon is in the lap of the gods

Evening NR your doing well especially if your training mostly on your own we had a nice run today,but i really hate the wind,but down at Pembrey its always there i suppose. Whats your plans after Snowdon??
NR- I've never managed to run all the way up Bwlch y Groes, but I have passed a fair few who have, while I have run/walked it

As for me- a tad under 5m with the club tonight. I arrived to find out that the plan was for us all to do hill reps- oh, no, no, no Thankfully, a few others weren't up for it either

JD - I know how you feel. Hang on in there, you have trained very well and will have an excellent run I am sure.
Turkey bolognese, pasta shells and asparagus. Stomach still not right, still 8 st and cannot put weight on so going to try bland food for a while.
Will do my best in Snowdon. So long as I don't need the loo, I should be okay!!
Doing Llanelli marathon next April but going to do short distance races next autumn I think. Doing Pembrey, Santa run, Glynneath 5. Going to do Rhayader, Forest of Dean half and goodness knows what else next year! Chose not to be in the selection for Belfast for the cross country as its on my father's birthday.
I ran up Bwlch y Groes twice, the year I clocked 3:11 and the year I cloced 3:30. Until last year I had not walked in a marathon for about 7 or 8 races. Last year I did more rambling than running.
What is more it is all down hill now. A few years back (the year I did 3:11 in Snod) I was doing hilly 22 milers and finishing them full of beans with a burst at 6:30 per mile. Those days are long gone. Even had a few good long runs last year. This year however ....
Good luck Sunday too Jason. I am sure you will do very well. Everything is so methodical with you and the training all makes sense even if I don't understand how you can get up at 5am to run.
WA - its a good event so try and enjoy. There are a few weeks left to fit some training in yet

Morning MM61 just back from Cardiff,so the legs have had a nice rest
Alex there is nothing wrong with your running if you are clocking 37 min 10 ks,stop whining and get on with it
