MM61- Off in the morning- weather sounds perfect at the moment- dry with 10mph southerly winds....

I will, of course, report back on sunday night sometime, but if anyone is bored, you can check my splits at 10k and half distance apparently. Number is 1157.....

Mm61 chips made in the fryer are the best, and if done properly in quality oil are fine ,as long as its not too often. We have chips about once every three weeks and they are a nice treat.
I really think you should do a 20 miler on Sunday,...you know it makes sense.

MM- Just seen photos of Swansea 10k on club site- doesn't really do justice to the conditions Nice to see it wasn't just me wearing gloves!

JD not the best day for a 10 k along the sea front! It's certainly been a wet year for racing, maybe we will have a dry winter?
