MM, ta. Took I think 1 min 23 secs off last years time and that was with knackered legs. I also let myself down a bit as I was just behind Alan D & Roy W with just over 1.5k to go but failed to put the pedal to the metal and lost a good bit of ground to them in the last bit.
Just eaten loads of bread.
Nutty, there is good air kwality out there tonight. The air quality over the summer has been pants but is much better of late. 7 ish to 8 for me tonight in a bit under an hour.
NR are you having your massage with pd or do you use someone else

NR manage a run today hamstring still tight but better than monday,only pain was the odd twinge on and off
