Evening all

Managed 6.4m this evening and legs feeling better, although right hamstring is still stiff. Nice bit of internal bleeding at the bottom of right hamstring too- no doubt associated with my yelp of pain on the final "sprint" last weekend Last long run for me tomorrow, then it's taper 2 time!

MM61- Go Compare!!!!  Me and the Mrs have used Swift Cover for last few years- print out own certificate cos it's online only, but much cheaper for us at least

Nice running JD.  Look after that injury.

22 miles over Afan Argoed today.  Wintry weather but did it in 2.40 so averaging about 7.15

AFTERNOON

CARDIFF HALF 9AMwell not to plan got as far as maindy had to dump the car and leg it 2 miles to the start grid lock nothing was moving,whats the point of advertising car parks if the roads are closed

a poor 1hr 30.50not going into the injuries just will to except a crap time

MM61- well done on the half. I know it's not your best, but a good improvement on LV

16.02 for me today in 2.11.55 (8.14 av).  Easy pace, but not effort Actually managed to dip under 8min miling in the last 2m- hamstrings still stiff, but getting better. Not about speed today anyway- just a reminder to my legs that they need to keep their endurance for a couple more weeks. Taper 2 time now
